The model of the NS 2297 impresses with the finest housing engravings and meticulous detailing of the heavy bogies of American design. The railings, which are very characteristic of this series, are elaborately etched metal parts. Following well-proven PIKO design principles, an engine with precisely balanced flywheel drives all four axles. The two inside axles are each provided with an adhesive tire.
